At the new lounge at Arlanda Airport, we worked within a space inspired by Swedish tradition, reflected in a concept of 12 photographs—each capturing a different place in Sweden. The project took nearly a year to complete.

The Colors of Sweden by artist Asaf Kliger is a vibrant photographic journey through the country’s diverse landscapes, from the frozen north to the golden fields of the south. His work explores the contrasts of Sweden, shaped by shifting seasons, light, and atmosphere, from grey overcast days to the northern lights.

Each image captures a fleeting moment, inviting viewers to experience Sweden as a living canvas of color, change, and natural beauty.

We transformed the Icehotel reception into an art gallery, where the exhibition is renewed every few years. Each exhibition draws inspiration from local themes—such as the northern lights, the unique light of the Arctic, and regional activities.

In collaboration with local artists and the Icehotel’s photographer, we create a space that feels both authentic and creative. The aim is to offer visitors a unique and memorable first experience as they arrive at the hotel.

Visit Lund invited us to recreate a real street within their office space. To achieve this, we developed a seamless panoramic installation composed of 25 photographs, captured using a special technique to create a realistic, immersive experience on both sides of the corridor.

The final work was printed on a 10 x 2.5 meter photocell, transforming the space into a lifelike street environment.

This exhibition is installed in Terminal 3, near the gates typically used for flights to Kiruna. As a permanent feature in the main passage, it creates a sense of anticipation for travelers heading north, while also sparking curiosity among other passengers about the landscapes and experiences of northern Sweden.
